Measure the circumference of the waist around your favorite pair of jeans.

Determine the rise by measuring from stitching in crotch to the middle of waistband.

Find the inseam length by measuring from crotch stitching to bottom of leg.

After you measure your favorite jeans, refer to this chart to choose your correct size. The waist measurement in this chart is of the circumference of pant off your body.
